- Daily stall board: $20
- Overnight stall fee: $25
- Monthly Group Pasture board: $300
- Monthly Paddock board: $400
- Monthly Stall board: $450-500
- $40/private lesson
- $30/semi-private lesson
- $40/trainer ride
- $10/school horse fee
- Full Training: $525/month (Horse is worked 5 days/week)
- Part Training: $365/month (Horse is worked 3 days/week)
- Training/Lesson option: $550/month (Horse is worked 4 days/week and the owner receives 1 lesson per week)
- Full Board and Training fees
- 10% Commission (Minimum of $1000)
- Advertising fee of $500 (non-refundable) This will be credited towards the commission when the horse is sold.
Haul-in fees:
- $20/day for use of dressage and show jump rings, trails, cross country course & gallop track.
- $10/day for use of dressage rings and trails only
Misc fees:
Holding horses for Farrier or Vet
- $20 / horse
Blanketing Horses
- $35 / month
- $ 3 / day
Wound care
- $25 / day (includes cold hosing, re-wrapping, hand walking, wound treatment, etc)
