LESSONS & COACHING
Lessons are available for beginner to advanced riders. Lesson horses are available on a limited basis. Learning to ride and communicate with horses can be a hard and sometimes frustrating experience for some people. Annie Chastain is the resident instructor here at Rainbow Meadow Farm. She is an encouraging instructor with a skill for helping horse and rider understand each other in a positive environment. She has an extensive eventing background and has worked with some fantastic instructors including Gwen Blake, Buck Davidson, Johnathan Elliot, Major Jeremy Beal, Louise Merryman, Debbie MacDonald, Jean Moyer, Karen O'Connor, Bruce Mandaville, and many others
Lesson & Coaching rates are as follows:
Instruction rates:
- $40/ private lesson
- $30/semi-private lesso
- $40/trainer ride
- $10/school horse fee
Show coaching:
- $100/event coaching (includes course walk and warm up for all 3 phases)
- $50/XC course walk & warm up
- $50/schooling show coaching (dressage & H/J shows)
